It was not a value for money stay. At this price point there were no toiletries, hot water kettle tea, etc.

The property was on a good location

The room provided to us was unclean, had cobwebs, bed bugs and the smell washroom had insects. It was the worst stay of my life. I had rashes all over my body the next morning. I hardly slept the entire night.

Breakfast was rationed. Dirty linens and towels. Didn’t provide enough towels as per the occupancy. Rooms were not clean, cobwebs everywhere. Toilets not working.Rooms in the basement, feels suffocating. The behaviour of the owner was unprofessional. We had booked 3 rooms and one of the room’s toilet was not working. He also tried to retain one room and expected us to adjust in two rooms. No one even opened the gates while parking the cars and helped with the luggage.

We stayed at Hotels Umaiyyal Home Stay for 3 nights. The rooms are very good and spacious. They were tidy and well-maintained. However, during our stay, the lifts were not operational. We were allocated a room on the 3rd floor, so we had to use the stairs for two days. The staff here is not proactive; they wait until we complain, and follow-up is required. The hotel is a bit far from the beaches and the Vivekananda memorial. It would be a better option if you are traveling by car or bike, as they offer free car and bike parking.

Worst ever stay. I suggest don't stay here. All fraud people are around. Rest your choice
