Angsana is simply beautiful with breathtaking views in every direction. It’s hard to find fault. If you are looking for a peaceful get away from it all kind of break, then this is the place for you. Staff service was stand out. Every single member of staff was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. We felt really looked after during our stay. In addition I celebrated a birthday whilst I was there and had two complimentary cakes and bottles of fizz on both the day of our arrival and the day of my birthday itself! We stayed in a one bedroom villa with pool which was stunning.

Our experience at Angsana was nothing short of perfect. From the warm welcome to the impeccable service, every detail was handled with care. The rooms were spotless, stylish, and offered breathtaking views. The staff went above and beyond, making us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. Dining was excellent – fresh, varied, and consistently delicious. With top-notch facilities, a relaxing spa, and beautifully kept grounds, Angsana is the ideal place to unwind. I stayed at the Angsana Hotel in Corfu over the summer with my family, and I can’t recommend it enough! The infinity pool, with its breathtaking view over the sea and mountains, was a highlight. The staff were exceptional from start to finish—everyone, from the hostesses to the reception team, the bar staff, the pool attendants, the restaurant crew, and the valet parking team, were all incredibly polite, professional, and friendly, making us feel very welcome. Here is a list of a few of the many names that made are stay special - Katerina (concierge), Aris and Christos (swimming pool attendants), Antigoni (guest relations), Maria and Christina (breakfast), Eleni (pianist), grooms, Vassia (barista) and Vasilis (barista), Konstantina and Giorgos (starboard supervisors) The hotel itself was top-notch, spotlessly clean, and very relaxing. My wife, our two children, and I had an amazing time. The gym was fantastic, with an indoor swimming pool perfect for a few laps, and the location was very central in Corfu. Thank you all so much for making our stay extra special!

We received many recommendations about the resort and are so glad we didn’t compromise on the place! We’ve traveled and vacationed in many countries around the world, but this time we truly enjoyed the hotel and everything it has to offer. An incredibly luxurious resort – amazing infinity pool, outstanding breakfast and restaurants, and WOW-level service! A huge thank you to Nina who welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed, including a special birthday treat for my partner. Highly recommended!

The stunning pictures on the websites reflect reality. The hotel is based on a hillside, overlooking the Adriatic. As we booked the hotel, we expected a hideaway with privacy and a five-star feeling. We received the flair of a three-star Spanish family hotel. Our arrival was pretty awkward. Two employees were trying to check us in at the same time, which caused some confusion. The reception desk isn't very friendly and doesn't give you the feeling that you're a special guest. When checking out, we didn't even get the question of whether we liked our stay or not. It was a goodbye, good luck, and take your suitcase yourself. I start with our most disastrous moment during our stay. The hotel also organises events separate from the regular guests. In our case, it was a wedding party on the rooftop bar on the fifth floor. Our room was on the fourth floor. The music and the dancing were so loud that we had to flee to another room that night. We're not the only ones. This is an absolute no-go for a five-star hotel in this price class. Of course, we complained to the management about this. A very professional female guest relations representative handled our case very well and compensated us for our inconveniences. The pool area, if you like to be a fish in a tin box, this is the place to be. Beds stand directly next to each other, and there's no privacy at all. The children's pool is directly next to the infinity pool, so it's nothing to do with nice and quiet. Many beds are already reserved beforehand. Next to that, you'll see a mixture of a lot of children and wannabe influencers who selfie themselves in the overcrowded infinity pool. The enduring loudness level accompanies you throughout the whole hotel all day. The beach area looks more like a cabbage bin than a five-star beach club. The beds are dirty, as well as the beach itself. Service personnel are standing around without taking any initiative to serve or support the guests. If you bring the argument: they're friendly, I say that's something you expect in a five-star hotel. The food and drinks are ridiculously overpriced. Normally, water is for free at a place like this. Here you pay €4 for a 330ml paper cup of water. Expected also non-hotel guests at the beach. The breakfast room or Greek restaurant looks more like the local McDonald's. The tables are lined up directly next to each other, and there's no possibility of sitting outside. In the evening, the lights are as bright as in a supermarket parking lot. This is contrary to the breakfast area for the people who rent a villa. This is a beautiful, relaxed balcony overlooking the sea. The food and drinks are good in both places. What I can mention as positive facts are that the rooms are nice, the cleaning team is doing a really fine job, and we had a great and professional massage. The fitness room is nice and well-equipped. Fazit, if you're glancing for a hideaway or a romantic place with privacy, this isn't the place to stay. The website gives you another feeling, but the management expressed several times that this is a family hotel. If you look for outstanding service and the feeling of being in a luxury five-star hotel, this isn't the place to be, either. If you expect what you get in a Banyan Tree or Angsana in Asia, you'll be utterly disappointed.

Wow. What a trip. AngsanaANG is so beautiful and the views are simply breathtaking. We specifically appreciated the level of service from: Dmitris at the spa, who went above and beyond and was more than a spa staff but also a friend. Ioakim at the front desk was also a superstar. Yannis from the pool bar is so fun and personable. Chrysa was also so wonderful. She told us about the local benistas town. She was so super and helpful, making us feel very welcome. And Nicos at the starboard bar who was also so nice and personable and made us beautiful delicious drinks. Roboula at Pilates runs amazing workout classes. Pilates was a favorite as she made it great for all levels, but not too easy. Perfect and appropriate. Wish I could go back everyday. Highly recommend this place. It’s more than a hotel, it’s a community of wonderful individuals and even the guests are so nice and warm. Can’t wait to come back xx
