Rooms are clean

Location shown in map is different from actual. It’s about 3-4 km away. As we are tourists and have not rental the car thinking that location is v near in booking map so we don’t need any rental car. But actually it’s been 3-4 km away. Second my door is not open because they give me wrong passcode after waiting of 3/4 hours they ( owner of the property) come and reset the code. Third they offer me early check in but when I reached their they refused to entertain me. First they show us wrong information on booking dot com Secound we wait 4 hours outside the house and then Wait another 3 hours for anyone come and reset the password of main door.
