Cozy 3BR 1BA Short drive to Niagara Falls

Level of a cheap hostel. Dirty, with damaged floors and chairs, dirty everything- from floors to linens and cookware, old squeaking beds and doors. No hangers or even hooks anywhere - your jacket has to stay on the floor. Old, dirty, damaged cookware. There are nails sticking out of the table and insects poison in cookware cabinets, making staying completely unsafe. Forks and spoons are worse than those from Dollar store. No hairdryer, although listing promised one. No response from the owner to provide any of the promised amenities. No-one cares about you after you booked Terrible climate control - it’s ether freezing, or impossibly hot. Photos of the listing do not reflect what you get. Better book any cheap motel in the area

They responded immediately to any and all communication about the house. Very comfortable beds! Updated and very nice house, close and convenient to the Falls.

Over all clean and close to Niagara Falls State Park. Check in/out was easy. Booking.com app was easy to use. Responsive to message. Positive experience.

Coffee pot did not work, nor coffee filters that fit coffee pot provided. No bowls provided. Very few mirrors upstairs. No hangers / / no where to hang clothes. No laundry facilities (washer/dryer). Only one receptacle upstairs in restroom. No extra pillows available. Bed in second bedroom extra firm mattress. No bed side lamps. Fans worked and windows opened on second level. Limited toiletries: Only dish soap, hand soap and 3:1 wash provided. No hand towels, plenty of bath towels. No blow dryer. Ran out of TP last night of 3 night stay. No off street parking / free street parking. Be mindful of the Odd/Even Street parking rules. Followed the lead of neighbors. Flight of stairs to the bedrooms and 1 bathroom made it difficult for senior. Not ADA accessible.

Ther house is quite close to the Niagara Falls park, but the neightborhood doesn look in good shape. The host attention is excellent.

The beds may need to be renewed. The air conditioner doesn´t cover the upper level and there was a smell inside the house.

No A/C upstairs, feels like you are going to fall through the floor in the living room.
