AEAmazing location and the view. Luciano is a great guy even came few times to help us sort out some things around the house. All the fascilities and games were amazing for all of us, kids and adults.
Italian restaurants (non)opeining hours.
ILVilla is very big, a lot of space, very nice view to the sea, very quite. We also had very good experience with Fabrizio who checked us into the villa and helped us during the stay.
Part of the facilities are older and don't work well. For example, some of the window shutters can hardly be opened, or they are partially broken, coffee machine is old with some parts missing and practically useless, some of the beds are not comfortable to sleep, some chairs are very old and not comfortable for sitting, Wifi hardly works in the upper level of the Villa. The villa owner Francesca was also not so patient while we were trying to resolve a double payment issue upon arrival (we were requested upon arrival to pay city tax, but we already paid in advance all taxes in the original reservation and there is no indication in the reservation about another tax to be paid locally at the stay).
