The reception suggested we cancel our card transaction to save the credit card fee. This was very poor as we were not refunded full amount and would suggest people do not accept this from you in future or not use your service because of this. having a pillow that was not so thick would be useful in each apartment.

"Clean, fabulous, excellent place to stay in central location."

Fabulous place, excellent location, great facilities just loved every minute of it. The location was great and so was the staff. I would recommend Quest for all stats, if I had known about Quest and their product earlier O would have stayed / booked all their apartments. I couldnโ€™t fault anything.

The one thing we did have issue was with the payment but this was resolved quickly so no issues.

Spacious, private, and easy to find. Loved having the full size washer and dryer. Had everything we needed, would definitely stay again!
