Although it’s newly opened, but it’s used like it was opened 5-7 years . The idea of this hotel 5/5 , implementations of the idea 4/5 , maintenance 1.5/5 , Management 2/5, staff 3/5. a lot of issues in the villas 1- no warmer for the pool. 2- bad smell in the kitchen. 3- bad drainage in the shower area , the water was overflowing every time we take a shower. 4- no phone in the bedroom areas . 5- no chairs in the main balcony in the 2nd floor. 6- cleanliness not high. 7- no room service for the villas unit. 8- no privacy in the pool area. 9- bedsheets were dirty. 10- insects and small spiders. 11- the kitchen was dirty . Owner : My advice to the owners and for business continuity: please have a serious look into the above points and you may consider having better Management. in conclusion: brilliant Idea .. poor management and maintenance. definitely its not a 5 stars hotel . I will rated it 3/5
