Lovely new hotel. Friendly staff and fabulous pool area which we used every day. Corn Hole games by the pool but no beanbags to throw or signs where to get? Tricia at front desk was helpful and we were upgraded to a suite (Titanium member) for 2 of our 4 nights which we really appreciated. Didn’t rate the onsite Boston Pizza restaurant that great for included breakfast credit. Was noisy and no atmosphere. Rooms very nicely decorated and good wifi and guest laundry. Easy parking and Arbys next door.

"Not a fan.. "

We were not told about construction on the property until we arrived which included turning off the water for an hour. Additionally the room was on the floor above the construction area with limit remorse on the inconvenience.

The staff was polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were exceptional! Very nice to have a restaurant on site for weary travellers who don't want to go far for a meal.

This is my 4th time staying in this hotel, it's been great each time! I appreciate the friendly staff, convenience and ease at check in/out, the accommodations/amenities and many other features. This is definitely my "go to" place, it's great in any season!
