Localização excelente!

Está precisando renovar os apartamentos e melhorar a manutenção. Além dos banheiros serem antigos e algumas mobílias, em vários locais é claro a falta de manutenção constante. Sofa afundado, cortina, porta toalha, papeleira quebrados ou danificados

Não troca o enxoval, e quando é solicitado é cobrado um valor para realizar a troca, numa hospedagem de 7 dias tem que tem troca de enxoval pelo menos a cada 3 dias
