"NÃO RESERVEM NESTE LUGAR!"

O quarto estava mal cuidado. O ar-condicionado não estava gelando. Pedi ajuda do suporte. Eles me mudaram de quarto. Incrivelmente, o segundo quarto também estava com o ar quebrado. Ped ajuda novamente. Ficaram de enviar um técnico que nunca apareceu. Eles simplesmente ignoraram. Péssima experiência! Nunca vi algo tão ruim!

Só gostei da localizaçâo.

O assédio do locador charlie é no mínimo constrangedor. Desde a reserva pelo booking envia links por whatsapp e por email ameaçando cancelar a reserva caso o cliente não faça cadastro on line fotografando a CNH e biometria facial! O q acabei fazendo com medo de perder a reserva. Constrangedor e assustador. Péssima experiência. Os funcionários são mal.himorados e atendem.com muita má vontade. Nunca mais. O quarto é velho e bastante usado o banheiro é da década de 80 e.puro lodo.
