The room was very small..bed was very uncomfortable..first time experienced such a bad experience with treebo..had a booking for 4 nights.. paid advance in full..had to checkout one day earlier..contacted customer care multiple times regarding early check out and refund for the extra day but no positive response recieved. Really disappointed with the experience..

This is not a 3-star hotel. I have booked this hotel thinking as a 3-star hotel, as projected in mybookings.com. this is a 2-star hotel.

I was told 2 to 3 hrs before check-in is free, but i was charged Rs 500. complementary breakfast is not as expected. This is not a 3-star hotel and i am not sure why it is projected as 3-star hotel in mybooking.com?

The sheets were dirty with spots, didn’t even provide a blanket and enough towels for a group of 3 people. Washroom was barely clean

"Too expensive for a simple lodge kinda place"

Good simple staff. Friendly. Cleaning happens on a daily basis, you just have to ask them though to do it.

AC not working well. Room size smaller than expected in the pictures. Breakfast was some Idli and Dosa packed from nearby restaurant, so no cafeteria for breakfast present. Just two floors in the building belong to the hotel, so honestly, its a normal streetside lodge
