Que no vi nunca personal de aseo estuve tres días y nadie fue a limpiar la habitación ni recoger la basura

I stay at this hotel often, and it’s always my go to when staying in KC. It’s consistently nice. The people are friendly, the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The free breakfast is always great, with fresh fruit, biscuits & gravy, fresh waffles and omelettes among the options. It’s also very safe. The exterior is well lit, with cameras, and a tag reader.

The hotel was great! Service was 5 star and the rooms were so clean!

This is my favorite hotel it’s always the same every time I come here

We was informed it was NOT pet friendly. That's ok I rented the room for my sick husband and our 2 kids. I slept in car with our dog. Lady at desk snapped at me. If we catch that dog in the room. I said back to her the dog won't be in the room. We were never informed that we needed our card to get in the building after a hours so I got locked out and pissed my pants. The door on our room would not shut behind us we had to force it shut. Biscuits were hard gravy was disgusting. Was told manager would be in at 7:30 am when we went to desk at said time. The manager was at another property with an emergency how convenient. Customer service was even rude she would not help us til we were out of the room.

The room was cute but not much else the staff was hardly at the desk so issues with the room weren’t solved in timely manors

I didn’t like that they told me to cancel and rebook and when I did they said I owe them a fee like it wasn’t them who made me cancel then there were dirty towels the shower wasn’t cleaned or the sink mostly the room looked like someone was just in it before we got here and it didn’t even get cleaned or something and if they did clean it, it wasn’t cleaned properly

Property fairly new & nice ! Only concern I have is the in depth cleaning that’s going unattended. This will make property go downward fast. Example in room area of ours walls were heavy on dirty( a small wipe with towel would do). Hopefully the cleaning crew gets better to keep this property nice as long as possible.
