L'emplacement, la terrasse, le dernier étage .

Nous sommes arrivés, ça sentait l'urine. Il y a une chaise cassée dans le salon. Cuisine : Il n'y a pas assez de couteaux ( on est 5, il y en a 3) ils ne coupent pas, il n'y a que 4 verres. Il n'y a pas de planche à découper, pas de plaque de cuisson, pas de torchon pour la vaisselle. Nous avons trouvé un saladier sale, de la vaisselle male lavée. Il n'y a plus de savon dans la cuisine. Côté salle de bain, le robinet du lavabo fuit partout, celui de la douche aussi, pas possible de se laver correctement. La télé de la chambre ne fonctionne pas non plus. Le lit canapé ne s'ouvre pas car il y a une vis. Le rideau n'est pas assez grand pour cacher la lumière le matin et la nuit on entend de la musique à fond dehors. Nous avons tourné 3/4 d'heure pour trouver une place de parking, impossible de se garer. Nous avons envoyé un mail à l'hôte et nous n avons pas eu de réponse à ce jour.

Some things, like the shower head stand, TV remote, and bathroom sink, felt like they were on the verge of breaking. The problem is, if you actually break them, you’ll be charged, so it almost feels like they’re deliberately left in that state just to catch you out. It’s also obvious the landlord hasn’t maintained the property in ages. The air conditioning was stuck at 26.5°C with no way to adjust it, which meant anyone sleeping on the bed basically had to lie in their own sweat. Definitely not ideal. As for the “free parking,” it’s practically impossible to find a space due to the location. That should have been made clear in the listing. And lastly, the mirrors. We get the trick of using mirrors to make a space look bigger, but here it was excessive. No matter where you turned, you saw your reflection. It felt less like a room and more like being trapped in a funhouse, which was just unsettling.

Excellent location and very spacious apartment. Very clean.

The smell of mold is terrible inside and the very loud music from the 5 to go cafe prevent you get some rest during the day. They play poud music from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Not clean on the floors. Lot of dust and acumulation on the floors

Zici ca intri într un ghetou când intri la locație cu miros irespirabil de canalizare!!!
