عدم نظافة المكان / لم يتم التنظيف قبل دخولنا الشاليه كان متسخ- وعند خروجنا صباح اليوم التالي وعودتنا في الليل لم يتم تنظيف الشاليه- بالأضافة إلى موكيت الصالة وجود حروق سجائر- قفل باب البلكونة غير صالح لانستطيع اغلاقه - الستائر قديمة لانستطيع تسكيرها على الوجه الصحيح مما يؤدي إلى دخول الضوء وقت النوم - المسبح متسخ الكراسي الموجودة على المسبح عايها غبار
