It's wasn't enough time to spend

Villa is lovely and spacious

Pool was very dirty and only cleaned once in the 10days we was there The steps down to the pool were sharp and very steep my mum fell and grazed her leg Only 4 sunbeds were a family of 6 Had to get cabs every night we went out as this was too far too walk for my 72yr old mum and 7yr old son!

I really enjoy the pool and like the location of the villa.

Some equipment is missing at my arrival but Kerim have immediately remediate.

It was clean. Kitchen had everything what we needed. Plenty bathrooms to shower. Felt safe. Close to grocery store. Good host.

It was laud from road, construction and dog barking. Washing machine did not work properly. Made our clothes smell bad Gas grill instead of charcoal would make it better Definitely need a car to go to the sea.

Lovely pool and clean. Kerim met us after a lengthy delay. Lots of things to do sent through by Kerim.

Not enough cups or crockery for a coffee. Curtains in top room did not fit. Bed was rock hard in top room. No English Satalite channels worked. A couple of the shower rooms leaked after a shower or blocked. A bit too far out of town. Overall just OK with room to improve. A lot of light bulbs not working.

There are 3 bedrooms above the ground floor with 2 toilets and one more bedroom with a separate toilet and sauna. The host is very responsive and came to pick us up and sent us useful locations. The pool was taken care of every day and we used the barbecue in the garden. We paid 30% via bank wire in advance and 70% cash on arrival. The internet was very good. The villa complex has a barrier and 24/7 security guard. We were 2 families with children and spent very good time. I’d recommend to visit Aspenos and the Antalya Relax boat tour.

The top floor with the sauna was always very hot even if it was switched off.

Had everything we needed, good size and clean. The manager was helpful and was there waiting till after midnight when we were delayed by 3 hours due to the flight being late.

Electric bill was £48 for a 4 night stay.

The host/Kerim is very responsive, provides clear instructions on booking and staying at their villa. The amazing villa matches the photos and description, it was clean, spacious & secure. It had everything for my family which we shared with our friends. The villa have good quality beds, aircon, tv & sofa, full kitchen & internet. We enjoyed the swimming pool the most and the host left us alone to enjoy our wonderful stay.

There is nothing to dis-like, really small things which are not worth mentioning. If you stay in a self-catering villa, then you should expect to buy all your food requirements by car. This villa has many advantages over noisy and small hotel rooms.
