Etant en fauteuil roulant la chambre PMR n'a pas été proposer alors que je l'ai indiquer lors de ma réservation Parfois on me le propose selon le personnel mais la chambre même PMR à une salle de bain très dégrader (carrelage qui ne tient plus) Je déconseille cet hôtel si vous avez un handicap cela est mal gérer et j'ai besoin d'une table de nuit pour assistance respiratoire car les chambre de 2 personnes ne sont pas équipé de table de nuit et le fauteuil roulant ne passe pas Cet hôtel j'ai l'impression cherche à facturer plus chère les chambres PMR alors que les clients y sont pas du tout PMR c'est bien dommage de faire aucune vérification...

We have stayed for 1 night at Eklo and on our checked-out the door was malfunctioning and we have to use the window to exit. When we seek helped from the staff they said that the door does that if it is being locked inside which hasn't mentioned during our checked-in. This is something they have to address for safety purposes especially in an event of fire. I haven't experience a room that you cannot locked inside how can we feel reassured at night time while we are all sleeping and someone can open it. This has been so inconvenient for us especially we have baby and alot of things that we have to jump out of the window.

Chambre agréable, et propre. Salle de bain impeccable. Je trouve juste dommage que le jet de la douche soit très faible, cela prend du temps pour bien se rincer. Et pourquoi le draps ont été changé ??? Ce n'était pas nécessaire !! Ni la serviette de bain ?!!

Locaux propres, réception ouverte 24/7 et parking sécurisé gratuit. Notre chambre individuelle de s'est avérée vraiment petite (nous n'avions pas vmt fait attention à la description des 10m2). Avec les valises, il fallait vraiment se faxer pour se déplacer dans la chambre. Niveau insonorisation, c'était moyen car proche de l'escalier et la chaufferie du RDC pas loin. Séjour ok pour 2 nuits mais pas plus à mon goût.

We stopped here for 2 separate nights at the start and end of our Disney holiday. The first night we had a 6 bed dorm for our 6 person family. Amazing!! The only downside was the musty smell from the shower room, however it was clean. And we ran out of shower gel for the 6 of us. The 2nd night we stopped we had 2 twin rooms and a double room. All amazing, with our own bathrooms. Spotlessly clean. Breakfasts were incredible and well worth the €12 price. And a 3 minute walk to the bus stop straight to Disney. We will definitely be back!!!
