The location looking down over the Douro River is amazing. Staff are wonderful. Breakfast is my favorite time in the hotel. Views are great and good food selection. A classy hotel and my 4th return visit.

Apenas reservamos o hotel por causa da piscina exterior e da vista que tinha. Chegamos ao hotel e íamos pagar, nenhum funcionário nos informou que a piscina estava fechada, tivemos "sorte" porque ouvimos uma outra hóspede a dizer isso, então graças a isso, já não pagamos e desistimos da reserva. E só aí é que o funcionário disse que estava fechada para um evento privado. Ou seja, íamos pagar sem saber de nada e sem poder usufruir da piscina...Péssimo!
