no soap in containers in shower in any of our rooms we had 3 rooms 1 room no tv remote 1 room sheets were dirty no breakfast except protein bars separate building

It was real bad. Never again

Great Hotel and we really enjoyed our stay.

Had a very comfortable and warm stay.

We were pleased to see the hotel had been renovated since we’d stayed there last. The room was clean. The breakfast was much better than I expected.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and the desk clerk was very nice and accommodating. When I first checked in, my tv wasn't showing any signal, so he came right down and checked, finding the problem and getting it working again.

Everything was amazing to me, except the Wi-Fi sucked sometime. Room was beautiful and clean.

We couldn't get the tub faucet on. Toilet chain was unhooked. Coffe pot had the previous guest used coffee bag still in the maker. Sink faucet came on with so much force water splashed all over us and the floor.

This picture is not at all like the room. It was shabby and unkempt, with blood on the tattered bed, the sheets were unchanged, the paint and walls were gross. The security door didn’t work, the smell of cigarettes was overpowering. There were busy train tracks 30 feet from my window, but it did help drown out the barking dog across the hall. There is another building that looked better, but Expedia customers get the crappy rooms.

There are two locations for this name. One behind the other. Had trouble finding on our GPS as there is no signage whatsoever, on either building. However, once that got figured out we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel. Everything was freshly painted and updated, and very CLEAN. The front desk young man was extremely friendly, and gave us a choice of rooms. Very reasonably priced.
