Very nice, new hotel with excellent swimming pool / hot tubs. Really nice in Kolberg and the beach is absolutely fantastic! Friendly staff, but couldn’t speak english (only Polish and German) - not my strong side but we managed to communicate in german at some level 😄.

Service teilweise distanziert liegt wahrscheinlich an der polnischen Mentalität. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Wenn die Zimmer klimatisiert wären dann würden wir sogar unseren Sommerurlaub dort verbringen.

gründlicher sauber machen, Kleinigkeiten fehlen im Zimmer/Bad, am Wochenende viele Gäste und die Kapazitäten zum essen zu wenig, Personal im Restaurant schien überfordert, Ansonsten war es O.k.

Super schöne Terrasse in der 11 Etage mit Blick aufs Meer. Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Ansonsten sehr schön kommen gern wieder.
