Casa Acento

Her room felt spacious and our king-size bed was nice and firm. We had a view of the lake. The room was well appointed and lights and outlets seemed thoughtfully located. There was plenty of hot water in the shower and the water flowed nice and strong. The pool was a refreshing plus for hot afternoons. The room darkening shades helped us have deep sleep. We liked the location on the Yvonne Road end of town which made it easy for us to enjoy both locations. Jonathan was always available to help us and the valet parking made a big difference. We liked the keyless entry as well, one less detail to worry about.

One suggestion would be to have a screen on the sliding door so at night there would be better ventilation. Since there was no fan or air-conditioning, that was the only concern. Fortunately, it was not very hot at night during our stay.

La regadera tiene poca presión!!

La habitacion esta muy bonita, silenciosa (no había vecinos) y la vista del lago increible.

Llegamos a la dirección del hotel en coche. No hay estacionamiento, ni señalamientos de donde es la entrada del hotel. Hubo que estar preguntando en los negocios cercanos hasta que dimos con el lugar. El agua de la alberca estaba fría, a pesar de que tienen caldera y éramos al menos 7 personas ahí y nadie del personal fueron buenos para calentar el agua. Reservamos el jacuzzi para la noche y ahora si ponen el agua caliente pero sin control/monitoreo de temperatura a tal punto que nos salimos por que ya nos quemaba! Horrible, que desperdicio de jacuzzi y alberca.

COMO SUJERENCIA CAMBIO DE COLCHON, AL MENOS DE LA HABITACIÓN QUE CONTRATE

Cama cómoda y limpia

El lugar estaba visiblemente sucio(por la humedad) y lleno de humedad y moho, la tina de hidromasaje estaba sucia, cuando la encendimos comenzaron a salir pelos. No tiene señalamientos visibles, dar con el lugar fue complicado y el estacionamiento al es de difícil acceso y te quitan tus llaves para estacionarlo.
