Our room had a sewage smell. But other than that it was clean, staff was friendly and located near everything!

Parking lot was crazy but survived it!

The fan on ac kept kicking off and on slept restlessly because I would get warm and wake up!

I liked that the elevators moved fast, and the pool and fitness room were accessible, although guests had a dog in the pool, which I didn't agree with. I liked the pool table and jenga game in the lobby, although staff prevented my family from enjoying the amenities.

Everything! The 3rd shift front desk person was rude, ignorant, disrespectful, and lazy. He threatened to call the police on a 12 year old guest who was only sitting quietly in the lobby, waiting for his food to be delivered. He gave that same child a plunger when a complaint about the toilet was raised. I, the parent, was in the hotel room when my child was given the plunger, and while my child waited in the lobby for a food delivery. I was told multiple lies by this horrible man. I was told that no one under 18 could be in the lobby, after there was a convention where over 100 children were present. The 3rd shift person left a note about what happened but conveniently left out how he initiated the situation, instigated the situation, and attempted to be a bully throughout the situation. The entire incident was caught on tape. The breakfast area, which was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel, was filthy crowded and unorganized. They put raw oatmeal out, and no one thought enough to correct it. The sausage was undercooked, and overall, I could have stayed at a better hotel if I knew I was going to have to buy EVERYTHING, including coffee. I have stayed in this chain in various cities, and this was by far my WORST experience. My child has to go see a therapist as he was triggered. Unbeknownst to the hotel staff, the child's father was a victim of police brutality and has since passed away at the hands of law enforcement, and this man threatened to call the police on my child. I am outraged!! I have to answer the questions and provide the additional reassurance that he can sleep and that he would be ok. I had to do plumbing work with no compensation because, according to staff, they don't have anyone that can go into the rooms for maintenance. My question was, why wasn't my room changed? Why was thebataff so quick to pass the problem to me? I am a guest, not a plumber, and if I were a plumber, then there is compensation to be had.

We really liked the hotel. It was brand new and the staff was very friendly. We didn’t care for the breakfast. It would be nice to have muffins and yogurt you can take with you. Also a different variety each day would be better. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was sub par for a Tru. We had to ask for a resupply of milk and batter for the pancake machine. Bread options were quite limited. People had to go ask the staff to refill yogurt, etc. The staff responded quickly when asked (and pleasantly), but normally, Tru teams are very proactive.

The TRU side of the property is subpar to the Hilton Garden Inn side. There were gashes in the walls, marks and dirty, there was a hole in the screen on the window shade. The water pressure in the sink in the bathroom was trickling. The day of checkout it was 9 AM and the housekeeper just barged into my room while I was in there did not even knock on the door before entering checkout time was at 11 o’clock.

Love this property. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the top golf suite and pool table. Will stay again!

WASNT FEELING GOOD AND ALL I WANTED WAS TO GO TO BED . EITHER THE OTHER PEOPLE NEXT DOOR WAS QUIET OR THE PLACE IS MADE THAT WAY..DIDNT HEAR DOOR SLAMS AND TVS AND ETC.. MY BEST STAY EVER AT A HOTEL..
