Tru By Hilton Mt. Juliet, TN

The room was very clean, but tiny, not much bigger than the bed. There was a nice television, and a mini fridge, but no coffee maker, no microwave, no dresser and no closet. We stayed for a week so it was rough living out of a suitcase for a full week, and we had to door dash Starbucks every morning. (We were here for a family event, and I wasn’t going to go down to the lobby and face everyone with no coffee!) The pool was nice, and the staff was friendly, but for these reasons, I would not stay again.

Clean, easy check-in, nice assortment for free breakfast

The breakfast was not the best. The toaster didn't work. We like bacon not sausage. Eggs were not warm.

Great customer service

Pros: ease of check in/out, room size, breakfast options, the bar downstairs, we felt very safe on the property, plenty of parking

Cons: The pool isn’t as big as pictured and the lack of lounge chairs was odd, staff could have been more attentive, we received an email when we booked but there was no other communication leading up to check in, also the bed pillows were floppy and uncomfortable, we finally got room service the day before we were leaving
