The staff were generally friendly, especially security during evening hours

I stayed at this villa and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. In reality, it looks much worse than in the photos - everything is old, worn out, and clearly in need of renovation. This is my fourth time in Bali (for long-term), but this was the worst accommodation I’ve experienced so far. For the same price, you can easily find much better villas on the island. Here, everything felt outdated and shabby. There were also a lot of insects - I understand this is Bali and it’s normal to some extent, but I have never seen this many bugs in any other place I’ve stayed. Another downside was that they don’t offer luggage storage after check-out, which I’ve never encountered before in Bali, as it’s usually a standard service.
