Lovely accommodation. Decent location close to the centro mall. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Well-equipped gym.

The food in the rooftop restaurant took over an hour and a half to come out and was neither value for money in quality, quantity nor taste. However the ginger tea in the cafe was notably tasty and refreshing.

The location is wonderful,less noise, near the golf course and perfect for all the attractions i had planned to visit. The food too,especially the charcoal grilled Village chicken, reminded me of my grandmother's cuisine with a modern touch. My spouse enjoyed his Caesar salad too, the bread and chicken pieces that were well toasted were tantalising! The barrister knows his stuff...try out the Mocha with extra espresso! The rooms are spacious. The King suite room design is unique. We copied it for our future estate developments. Support services were superb. Staff go out of the way to make you comfortable and answer to outrageous requests like a luggage weighing scale for our bags, to avoid carrying excess luggage! And oh, the taxi guys on call from the hotel are courteous,trustworthy and honest. They dont target to exploit or extort foreigners. You feel right at home. The hospitality of the Zambian people is best exemplified at The Quorum. We shall definitely be back!

Hotel is not well maintained poor service from staff breakfast very poor

The Quorum is fine, thats it. Staff were nice.

It has lots of little shortcomings like no drinking water provided, confusion about room service, no à la carte menu as promised, uncomfortable beds and pillows etc. But nothing serious.

The rooms are clean and big enough. The linen is changed often and clean.

1. There is sewer leakage in the basement car park and the place ( car park is not kept clean) 2. There’s a lot of noise and congestion around the hotel with limited parking space when the hold events. As a guest I felt like being at a night club instead of a hotel. Management needs to give the hotel the decency and five star status that it deserves not accepting substandard events because customers who want a quiet atmosphere will shun the hotel.
