It was close to main attractions

Property was dirty, broken appliances nothing like the pictures will not be returning

Location was great we stayed in a superior room with great views of the sea room was clean and beds were comfortable

There was no mirror in our room other than the bathroom and there was a lot of cigarette buts around the resort also there was a lot of dog poo about .main bins were full and over flowing

Breakfast was good. Location was great, a 15 minute walk from the town, around a 25 minute walk to the harbour.

Our double bed was two singles put together, got a bit of a shock on the first night when one of us slipped through the middle. Entertainment wasn't great.

We enjoyed the pool and some of the staff were nice especially the new lady working at reception. I know that through other peoples reviews they really enjoyed this location but for us it was really bad, and will happily take down this review once North Devon Resort gets in contact.

First of all I tried reaching out to North Devon Resort and got no response so now i'm leaving my review. The room we stayed in was the superior seaview studio and it was extremely dirty, the floor was so dusty we couldnt take our shoes off, there were stains over the bedding, the walls, the ceiling and the sofa, the bed had so many hairs of different types we had to sleep on towels we brought as makeshift bedding I took photos to prove this as this was disgusting for the price we paid. We spent £377 for 3 nights on this stay for us to have to sleep on towels for every night. And its a shame i can only add 4 photos to this review.

For the price paid per night it wad good to have access to a pool and sauna, my kids also enjoyed the games consoles that were on offer. Considering all I was looking for was accommodation these were all good bonuses.

The apartment was dirty, it made us all feel uncomfortable. The floor wasn't hoovered properly, the walls and radiators were dirty and in need of a deep clean and there was a considerable amount of cobwebs. The shower in our first apartment didn't work at all, we were moved to another apartment, the shower there just about worked, it was either too hot or too cold and the pressure was so low that you couldn't move the shower head around, not what you want after a day surfing. The breakfast in the cafe came out cold and slimy (avocado and eggs on toast). I wanted to iron a shirt only to find no iron or ironing board in the room, I was instructed to take y shirt to the laundry room. There I found a dirty iron which left mark on my shirt and the iron is on a timer and switches itself every 60 seconds, to say that was frustrating is an understatement! The ironing board cover was too big and kept slipping, I was swearing quite profusely by the time I had irones my shirt! On the whole, despite the extra facilities I found this resort disappointing, run down and in need of maintenance and repair.
