Location is great and very comfortable

A box of special K and no milk or bread was not what we expected from providing breakfast basics. Bit disappointed by this after arriving late in the afternoon. Wifi details had changed and we were not advised of this. Thanks Luke for providing alternative login.

"Comfortable well-appointed cottage in quiet location right next to Clare Riesling Trail"

Well appointed with plenty of kitchen utensils. Chilly in cold weather but very good heating provided. Brilliant power boards provided bedside with USB2 & 3 outlets and power plugs. Nice to have bed electric warming blankets in the cold. Very close to the Clare riesling trail, opposite the front door

These are only very minor issues: - light bulb not working in main lounge area but lamps nearby covered for it - bathroom floor gets very wet from shower - bathroom mirrors to side of sink rather than in front - messy for shaving - quite a distance to walk into town, only a problem if raining or too hot - was very chilly walking back one night!

"Lovely cottage conveniently located in Clare ."

Location is so good. Well appointed, large modern bathroom. Three nice sized bedrooms with double beds. Very good breakfast provision. Owner Luke was so accommodating.

"Excellent peaceful retreat for the weekend."

Brilliant location. The accommodation was spacious, immaculate and comfortable. Beautiful views from each of the windows! Beds are extremely comfortable, love the towels and pillows! Cozy and peaceful weekend, a short drive into the main street of Clare for provisions.

The microwave is situated extremely high up on a shelf. Of the 3 people staying only one could safely operate the microwave. There should be a notice or sign that the open fireplace is not to be used. The third bedroom did not have an electric blanket on the bed.
