LE 4 PERLE Apartments

La mia esperienza è stata positiva. L' appartamento era esattamente come nelle fotografie, tenuto bene e pulito. Il gestore è stato molto disponibile e cortese. Per una vacanza di qualche giorno va più che bene. Malgrado fosse a piano terra non abbiamo percepito rumori eccessivi. La posizione permette di arrivare sul lungomare velocemente. Abbiamo sempre parcheggiato di fronte alla struttura senza problemi.

Vicinissima a panetteria, edicola, tabaccheria, pescheria e rosticceria. Un po' lontana dal mare e dal centro ma ottime possibilità di parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze della struttura.

Aggiungerei un tappetino per la doccia ed una mensola nel bagno, oltre a qualche prodotto per doccia in più.

Struttura pulita, self check in chiaro e regolare.

Scarsa insonorizzazione della stanza

Communication with the owner was very good, he was interested in us, we communicated via WatsAPP. The apartment was nice, clean, well equipped. We were satisfied during the entire stay. Self check in and self check out went well. The apartment is located close to the historic center and 10 minutes by foot from the train station. The supermarket is also close, about 5 minutes by foot. Overall, I rate this apartment very positively

The apartment is located at the intersection of a busy road, so you need to be prepared for more traffic during the day. It's a little further to the sea, about 20 minutes on foot. We were a little surprised by the sidewalks, or rather not even sidewalks but various obstacles on the sidewalks (parked motorcycles, garbage in bags or directly in garbage cans, since the collection of separated garbage works here according to a certain calendar). The sidewalks were in many cases very narrow and it was not possible to walk well with a stroller. This is not so much a negative assessment of the accommodation as it is of the city of Avola in general.

The place was nice, a lot of space and tall ceilings.

Avola is not a nice place, if you have a car is well located, but if you don’t (like us), don’t go there

The staff was very helpful and answered everything so quickly.

The noise form the street during the night was too much.
