"Expensive room in an industrial area"

The room was comfortable and clean

The staff is not friendly, the breakfast is poor for the price. The location is far from the city in an industrial area. The room is extremely expensive for the poor performance

"Worst hotel experience we have had in Switzerland. No local character and dirty entrance"

Front desk staff, specifically Clémentine, were great. Handled issues with a/c graciously. Lower rating if not for her obvious concern.

Smoking around entrance and noise from group just smoking and drinking. Air conditioning didn’t work so window had to be open.
