Air Conditioner was working well

Not worth for the money.

The location was good and they had room service, even though the menu was limited

The room was extremely small and lighting was less in the room. Hardly any sockets for hair dryer.and very little space to keep things. No hair dryer or amenities were provided. Had to ask for water and kettle. Bathroom sink was tiny and the bathroom was quite dirty.

It's a very good hotel. I travelled to Kolkata for the first time with my mother. We're just two ladies and from that stand point it was a good hotel, from safety and security. It is located in a very prime location so the location is also good. Also the staff was very helpful and polite. The manager is super helpful, since we're new to the city and we have some language barriers, everybody was good. Also they keep the rooms clean. Food is good.
