Já tínhamos nos hospedado no hotel. Quarto pequeno, porém adequado para hospedagem de curto período. Limpeza e atendimento excelente. Café da manhã ok.

Foi inaugurada uma nova ala, localizada atrás do estacionamento, a qual não conhecíamos. Os quartos são ainda menores, com justificativa para menores valores. Não nos sentimos confortáveis. Ressaltamos que os demais itens como atendimento, limpeza e café da manhã, continuam ótimos.

Gostei de tudo, desde a recepção. Mas queria deixar meu agradecimento especial a funcionária da limpeza do prédio 2. Foi a hospedagem em que eu mais me impressionei com a limpeza e o cuidado.

Não teve uma coisa que eu não gostei, mas quem vai a Franca sem carro precisa saber que a localização é um pouco longe das regiões centrais. Mas o deslocamento por uber parece ser tranquilo.
