Really lovely little place, although there's no outside space theres a bay window with seating that was just as good for people watching in the evening Had a little trouble with the bathroom door and the hosts sent someone over to fix it straight away Such a good location too!

The hosts were lovely and helpful. The location near the ocean, the shops and the royal Pavillion was perfect.

Great little Studio flat. Lots of amenities. Didnt hear neighbouring flats at all but sadly too much noise from outside.

Noisy - It was weekend and pride so I expected noise. I even brought earplugs after reading other comments. But you expect the noise to die down at some point. But constant screaming drunk people till right up to 4/5am on their way to the taxi rank nearby. Pride was mainly on Sat and I partied on Friday so crashed to sleep but I remember being woken by drunk people screaming. On Sat I had to go home early and had earplugs in but still woken up. Previous replies to comment said council not permitting double glazing but I think landlady needs to investigate sliding panels behind the sash windows. Pity as this is a great flat/location and id like to stay again but not till the noise insulation improved.

Great location close to the seafront, pier, shops, etc and only a c.10 minute walk from the train station. It was a cute and comfortable little studio with a really lovely feel to it. The window seat was great for people watching.

It was very noisy at night. We are not particularly light sleepers but were woken several times a night by noise, shouting, drunk folk, etc outside. We were staying on a Monday and Tuesday night so imagine this would be even worse on a weekend. There just isnt any soundproofing at all, the windows must be single glazed. Minor point but there wasnt a washing up brush/sponge/cloth to do the dishes.

The flat is nice and it had everything we need it. Very clean and cozy. The is quite noisy but it didnt disturbed us that much.

Our overall stay was good but studio could have been cleaner and shower needs to be faster.

Very happy with accommodation. Walking distance to everything. Very reasonably priced! Would definitely stay again!

Good layout, comfortable bed. Easy to use kitchen. There was good easy access to the pavilion and bars and restaurants.

I didn't like the narrow stairs to and from the flat. I found the convection microwave hard to use as I've never used one before, and there were no instructions.

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Smack in the middle of everything in town and only a 7-8 min walk from the station. Apartment was very clean and well presented. Iron and hairdryer included. The only real downside was the thin windows in the property that didn’t block a lot of the outside noise. Some of the rowdy pub goers (of which I was one!) could be very noisy in the early hours. If you’re a heavy sleeper, you’ll be fine, but light sleepers or couples that aren’t there for heavier drinking sessions might not be so forgiving. But other than that, really can’t complain. Thank you.

Seagulls made a lot of noise 8-), missed a cuttingboard and teatowel.
