- es fehlen Gardinen - es fehlen Nachttische - die Rückwand/ Verkleidung des Bettes fehlt und es gucken Verschraubungen heraus. - wir haben nur eine (kleine) Bettdecke 180x90 cm für zwei Personen erhalten. Auf Nachfrage teile man uns mit, diese Decke müsse reichen. - der Wasserhahn ist nicht fest montiert und wackelt. - die klimaanlage rasselt. - des Waschbecken im Badezimmer war 3 Tage verstopft. - die Steckdose am Bett hat keine Verkleidung. Verletzungsgefahr - im Badezimmer ist Schimmel an der Wand. - Der Vorhang in der Dusche ist großflächig verschimmelt! - vom kochen verschmutzte Wände. - die Matratzen sind durchgelegen und es sind deutlich die einzelnen Federn spürbar.

I really liked this place. It was much better than some of the reviews suggested. The apartment has a kitchen with basic utensils, a bathroom with a bathtub, and everything I needed for a comfortable stay of 5 days. Some parts show signs of age, but overall it feels well maintained and is a good size for one person. I especially appreciated having two refrigerators and a working air conditioner, which was perfect during the summer. The location is excellent, right next to Milchbuck station, with easy connections to both the city center (about 15 minutes) and the airport (around 20 minutes). Irchel Park is nearby and is a beautiful, well maintained green space. There are also grocery stores within walking distance, which made the stay very convenient.

• no locker so someone just place stuffs in the hallway • The check-in instructions were a bit confusing. I actually ended up helping another guest figure out how to access the key. (it is at the backside entrance) • A few things did not work during my stay, including the safe box and the cooker hood. • There can be some noise at night, although I found it quite acceptable and it did not significantly affect my stay. • My room was not ready at the scheduled check-in time, and I had to wait about 30 minutes. (14:30)

The location of the apartment is very convenient, situated right opposite Milchbuck tram station and within walking distance of Guggachstrasse tram station, offering excellent connectivity to Zurich HB and the airport. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which made arrival easy. Overall, while the location and check-in experience are strong positives, the apartment falls short in terms of comfort and essential facilities.

However, the stay had several drawbacks. The apartment was quite small for three people, and the extra bed provided for the third person was broken, causing inconvenience. The shower area lacked a curtain, leading to water spreading across the bathroom. Basic amenities like shampoo and dishwashing liquid were not provided, and the kitchen area was also very limited in space.

Didn’t like anything, the lady on the phone cwas so rude. She hung up. We paid a huge amount of money to only get one fork she said someone will come but nobody did. It’s a complete joke , one craked bed and a broken lift. They were many hair there and there. Really horrible experience!!!

the kitchen and fridge were clean and good to use, as was one set of the towels. The wifi was also fine.

Then the not so good stuff: There was a constant beep in the hallway that stayed on for my whole stay. My reserved parking spot was taken, but fortunately with an email this problem could be resolved. Then the room… where to start? The floor was filthy with dust and what I hope was chocolate melted on the floor, the window shutter didn‘t work so I had to sleep with neither curtain nor anything to block sunshine or view, the tap in the kitchen block was loose, there was no table where clearly used to be a table as the support for it was still there. Nice to prepare a meal and then having to eat it from the bed, right? The "Abzugshaube" also wasn‘t working. Wallsocket covers where missing in places, the air conditioner made a horrible noise, there is close to no ventilation in the bathroom, where also the toilet roll fixture was loose and the second mirror light wasn’t working. The mirror seemed to be refitted as the previous drill holes were full in the open. Apparently there also used to be a shaving mirror for which, as was the case with the table, only the fixture was remaining. The drain in the bathroom sink also couldn‘t be plugged. The drain for the shower was clogged and didn’t drain properly. There was no shower curtain or devider, meaning you get a full wet room without ventilation when showering. Perfect for the 7 rolls of toilet paper you are provided with. Or you could leave the door open and close the curtains.. oh wait, there weren‘t any.
