Chapel Cottage

Well equipped. Comfortable and spacious.

I stayed here for a couple of days to cycle around Kent. The Chapel is located in a quiet village close to the A20 and the Channel. The kitchen was well equipped and the rooms were warm and comfortable.

Very friendly, helpful and respectful owners. Very quiet location. Spacious Cottage with very good facilities. There is a folder with an overview of doctors, veterinarians, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. and general information about your stay.

We didn't notice any serious defects.

Great location for visiting the south east. Comfortable bed and lounge furniture. Warm and comfortable. Prompt instructions for accessing the key.

We would have liked some curtains or blinds in the toilet, shower and back door for privacy.

Cosy and quaint

Not a fan on the religious artifacts, but understand it's in with the style of chapel

Pretty setting, easy access via key safe. Plenty of equipment and good facilities, good heating, clean, easy to use kitchen. Great TV with iplayer! Fan provided. Quick response to queries from owners and kind when we left something behind. Lovely quilt on display and stopping draughts to the bedroom.

Lighting was rather dim and several bulbs were out including outside light. Parking was bumpy and pavers a bit loose which splashed up water in the bad weather.. Had to pad the end of the bed to stop catching our shins.

Character of the place. Quiet location.

TV remote batteries probably low, lamp in main room not functioning, kitchen tap dripping. As mentioned in other review outside in need of decorating.

Chapel was so lovely very peaceful
