I am writing this to warn all fellow travelers about the fraudulent activities happening at Radisson Blu Dharamshala. My experience here was a nightmare. The staff at the reception desk, specifically Mr. Manoj Mangla and his team, are completely untrustworthy. During my stay, my personal belongings were stolen. When I confronted the staff, Mr. Manoj Mangla proved to be a liar who changed his statement multiple times to cover up the situation. It is clear that there is a group of dishonest people working at the front desk who will not hesitate to steal your baggage or personal items. I expected professional service and safety from a brand like Radisson, but instead, I encountered a bunch of frauds. Do not trust this hotel with your luggage or your safety. Stay elsewhere if you value your belongings.

Food n service is good. Specially Rahul n Rishabh they both r very nice n friendly 👍and here’s nature view , restaurant’s ambiance all r great 😊

Experience was good... especially staff named santosh ji was amazing , she clicked amazing pics of our and also tell us about some amazing places to visit

Very disappointing experience at Radisson Blu Dharamshala. The front office staff was irresponsible, uncooperative, and misleading. I was given contradictory information, and the situation was handled in a tricky and evasive manner, leaving me completely dissatisfied. For a hotel that claims five-star standards, the lack of accountability and transparency was shocking. Important matters were mishandled, and responsibility was quietly avoided instead of being resolved professionally. Based on my experience, I would not trust this property with anything important. Serious improvement in staff training and ethics is required.

Excellent ecosystem. Great hospitality. All the staff members are extremely courteous and helpful, ably led by Ms Preeti Thakur. I would like to partially mention the name of Ms Kritika at the restaurant, who is very polite and helpful.

Was on short trip with family. It was the first one with kids and happy to see how team supported and made this memorable for us. Thanks alot.

Raddisson Blu is byfaa the best property in Dharamshala that outbeats HOSPITALITY - The warl and affection with which they serve you relentlessly is divine, Ambience Luxury food setup facilities room comfort spa faclilities everything was superb. Having the luxury to bath under the hot head dhower and have a peaceful sleep no sooner you hit the bed is a blessing in the cold winter days with heater you keep u warm in the inside .. room are super spacious and welcoming. Right from our entry - It was kind of Mr Abhishek to make arrangements for our Hi Tea despite the Hi timmings being over for the day. He made sure the Tea reached us no sooner we made it to the room. All the angels serving here a big kudos to your spirit and relentless service — Kritika thanku for being so warm and welcoming always. Amit, Rahul,Abhishek,Lucas,Aman,Vineet,Akash,Vikas,Aryan & incase i have missed anyone count you in pls — ThankYou for being you.
