We stayed at this lovely resort hotel in at the end of March, beginning of April. Its a splendid hotel located just south of Dharmshala near the Himalayas with beautiful views all around and an infinity pool overlooking Dharamshala. You can even spot the HPCA cricket stadium voted most picturesque by international cricketers! Indeed, the theme of the restaurants,bars and facilities are named after cricketing terms- it used to be known as The Pavilion before it was refurbished and rebranded in its current luxury resort iteration.The rooms are luxurious and the spa facilities very good indeed with gym, sauna and steam facilities. The staff were very helpful, courteous and keen to please guests.The hotel room was beautifully decorated with a complimentary birthday cake! A special mention to Abhishek, Neha in reception, as well as Shilpa and Mehal who kept our rooms tidy and well stocked. We were treated with warm hospitality by the All Out barman, Akash, Abhishek?, who regaled us with his experience of meeting his cricketing heroes at the resort. The resort layout and grounds nestle in the hilly terrain providing a most restful, therapeutic and beautiful environment to relax. It provides a good base to explore the Buddhist sanctuary of the exiled Tibetans in Dharamshala while complimenting the peaceful message of their faith. We would recommend this resort wholeheartedly to anyone visiting Dharamshala.

The resort is very good specially for a family with kids. Staffs are always eager to help and very polite.

A heartfelt thank you to: Rahul – for his attentive and courteous service during our dining experience Santosh – for maintaining impeccable cleanliness in the restaurant Vishal – at the reception, for his prompt assistance and welcoming approach One of the most special touches was reserving a cabana for us during breakfast, which made the experience feel intimate and memorable. It’s these thoughtful gestures that elevate a stay from good to exceptional. The service throughout was extremely prompt, and every interaction reflected genuine warmth and hospitality. Honestly, we found no negatives during our stay, everything was handled with such care that it made our time there truly special. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and heartfelt experience in Dharamshala. We stayed in room no 403, which had a beautiful view, and a very cozy cottage vibe.

The hotel is quiet well. Everything id good and beautiful . The view of pool is like heaven. The staff is behaviour is very nice and helpful specially the girl Miss. Mehak , anish , sumit and shilpa they help us in everything they are very helpful.
