"Um hotel de altos e baixos!"

Localização, instalações e café da manhã

Degrau dentro do quarto, que pode gerar acidentes. O serviço de limpeza não é adequado. O restaurante no jantar não é compatível com um hotel 5 estrelas, tem comida ruim e serviço péssimo.

"Perfect 3 day stay in Salzburg"

Great location- exceptional staff. We had a large comfy suite. Excellent buffet breakfast. Free bus passes around town. 5 min walk to Mirabellgarten/Palace. 10 min walk to train hbf.

"Nice, comfortable hotel in a great location."

Great location and very nicely furnished. Rooms were large and well equipped. Comfortable beds and pillows and more than welcome A/C in what was very warm weather in Salzburg.

Over €30 for breakfast is madness. Needless to say we didn't partake.

"Good location but facilities and service was underwhelming for the price we paid so not great value for money."

Good location

Lacked facilities for what I would expect with a 5 star hotel. We stayed two nights and after a full day of sight seeing came back to find our room hadn’t been serviced. For a 5 star hotel this is poor.
