No pude dormir de tanto calor los climas no sirven, No volvería a hospedarme, pésima atención pésimo servicio, te dejan horas esperando para darte tu habitación y cuando te la dan, no se molestan ni en acompañarte o explicarte bien donde se encuentra la habitación. ( no sirve el clima ) y no te lo dicen

"Nightmare hotel!"

Nightmare hotel! We booked 2 nights and checked out the day after check-in!.. Old unmaintained building! Rooms are terrible, rusted out shower heads! Death trap elevators! Horrible pool! Pictures on hotel.com website are from god knows when!..

Cobraron un cargo a un precio muy elevado. Se ensucio una sabana por mi bebé, algo minimo y me cobraron 450 pesos ese pequeño incidente. Es muy excesivo. Le comente que mejor me hubiera dicho y yo llevaba las sabanas a la lavanderia, me sale mas barato. Una mala atención

No tienen sistema y te dicen que es tu problema y el de expedia , que si te quieres hospedar debes volver a pagar, no obstante el lugar huele mal, se cae a pedazos , nada que ver con las fotografías
