No parking on game day so we left and didn't stay. They did nothing to help or fix anything because we used booking.com. I will never use your site or stay there again. Lost 300 dollars and was given 32 bucks to make up for it. We missed the game we came there to see as well so lost out on our tickets as well. Being an hour and a half before game time it left us with no options but to go home.

Parking was a nightmare

The air conditioning was amazing. Parking was a slight inconvenience because we had to park across the street and not on site on site. The staff was great though and very accommodating and fixed our tv for us.

Easy check in, welcoming staff, breakfast buffet was a lot more than expected which was nice. The parking situation is interesting. The underground parking is user limited and tiny spots but they have a bigger space to park across the street too.

We had a great stay. However, when we arrived we found out that they charge an extra $20-30 a night for parking which I hadn’t seen until we arrived, and also hinged on events happening in the area. Mind you, that’s why we were there—for a concert. I booked the hotel because it was walkable to the venue. I just felt a little taken advantage of. Second, we arrived early in the morning around 1 am, and the front desk clerk was borderline rude. She was almost irritated that we had shown up, and had to come back to the desk. It just wasn’t the warm or welcoming hospitality I was expecting. The hotel was clean, the room was nice, and it is in a great location. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for walkability to Pinnacle Bank Arena. But call and ask about the parking fee, we were not expecting it, but paid it anyways because we had driven a long ways.

Location above all else. Perfectly between Hatmarket and Downtown Lincoln.

The phone in the room was unable to call the front desk. I also tried the number listed with Booking.com and it went to the managers voicemail with no option to transfer to the operator or front desk. When calling the number listed with Google, front desk never picked up and head back down to the front desk.
