monotonne śniadania, a mając tyle możliwości serwowania różnych owoców i warzyw hotel niestety z tego nie korzysta....a szkoda....ogólnie obiekt niestety swoje najlepsze lata ma już chyba poza sobą...., w nocy gryzły nas niemiłosiernie komary, na szczęście hotel udostępnił nam odpowiednie preparaty, Pierwszego dnia - po zameldowaniu i otrzymaniu karty do pokoju stwierdziliśmy, że nasz pokój niestety nie jest dobrze posprzątany , obsługa hotelu po zgłoszeniu stanęła na wysokości zadania i następnego dnia już nie było z tym problemu (raziły nas zwłaszcza brudne okna z których roztaczał się widok na morze i nie do końca dobrze posprzątana łazienka.

The hotel is beautiful, nice design, modern and functional. Beds and pillows are comfortable. But our room was rather small, no room to hang towels or swimming suits. The breakfast (which is in additional to room rate) is very basic. The shower does not have enough pressure. The reastaurant for dining was excellent! We strongly recommend it. Good food, excellent service, nice sea view and no waiting.

Andimao da anni ormai struttura bella

Sono cliente da anni e soggiorno sempre da voi a Trapani. Vi ho consigliato e pubblicizzato a molte persone nel corso del tempo. Questa volta, per motivi di lavoro, siamo stati costretti ad accorciare la vacanza di un giorno. Abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile ottenere il rimborso, anche solo parziale, della notte non usufruita, ma la risposta è stata negativa. Francamente, non credo che un cliente abituale debba essere trattato in questo modo, soprattutto considerando che c’era tutto il tempo per rivendere quella camera (cosa che, peraltro, credo sia avvenuta). A mio avviso si tratta di una scelta imprenditoriale poco lungimirante. Amo Trapani e vengo ogni anno, spesso anche due volte all’anno, ma dopo questa esperienza difficilmente tornerò a soggiornare presso la vostra struttura.

Good value breakfast in a nice setting. We particularly enjoyed the Nutella and creamy croissants. Pool area is nice and the hotel is right on the beach. It is about 25-30 minute walk along the seafront to the historical centre which is good for restaurants and shops. There is a supermarket 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Only minor thing is the bathroom extractor fan didn’t work.
