It was very good, I was very happy with the service of the hotel, the staff here was nice, the food was amazing, Priyanka was a kind person.

Stay here was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Shalini singh was quick and reaponsive with our requests.

Amazing hotel with delicious authentic Indian food buffet from the Cilantro. Clean rooms and provides with toothbrushes, soap and lotion. Four stars since some things are lacking (not enough tea packets and towels, though you can ask for more)

I would especially like to mention Priyanka Saxena, whose professionalism, polite behavior, and support made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. The rooms were neat, comfortable, and well-equipped. The food was delicious and the service was prompt. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. Overall, The Fern Residency is a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
