The staff welcomed us with warm heater on and fresh kimonos for onsen. Very clean and cute!

Gorgeous spot! The photos don't even do it justice. Open the window and get a blast of crisp mountain air and see snow dappled mountains down the road. 2 minute walk into town, near some amazing restaurants and quirky bars. 5 mins to the closest ski lift area, 15 minute walk to another. Onsens galore.

Property was excellent - very clean, had everything you would need, and relatively large. Staff were very helpful. Location was great, close to many restaurants and about a 15 minute walk to the ski lifts (hotel mentioned they could also organise a shuttle).

Very friendly service. We enjoyed the use of the hotel's Onsen. The location was great. The apartment had a bit more space than a regular hotel room.

The windows in the apartment were not insulated. It was very cold and you could not open the shutters or it would be colder. It was very loud any time a car or truck drove by.

Super nettes Personal, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Schöne Lage im Dorf, ruhig mit fließendem Gewässer vor dem Fenster. Großzügige Räumlichkeiten mit allem was man braucht, nettes schnuckliges Appartement. Tolle Dorfgemeinschaft.

It was clean and comfy. We had the whole property for ourselves which was great. The hotel management was really nice and we got great recommendations and even to use the private onsen of the hotel.

It was a bit difficult to sleep if you’re not used to street noise. The water runs all around the village.

A delightful studio in an interesting town in the summer.

Cosy studio, small but well equipped kitchenette, perfect for a few days get away.
