Superb service, staff were always open to helping us in anyway. I have never gotten such excellent service even in big name hotels before. The housekeeping is fantastic and this hotel is going to be my go to when I come to Jakarta from now on.

Heeerlijk! Het bed was perfect, de airco deed het goed. Het was zo comfortabel. Het ontbijt had super veel keuze, zelfs een pasta station. Heerlijk!! Echt perfect. Het personeel was ook super vriendelijk. Het zwembad was lekker koel en er was een kleine maar goede gym.
