The body holiday is perfection. Everything was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The wellness center and all the spa treatments were excellent. The entertainment was amazing as were all the fitness classes and staff. I can say enough about our amazing stay. We will definitely be back.

This resort is unlike any other. The daily included spa treatments and wide of range included activities made this vacation the perfect destination for someone who doesn’t just want to sit on the beach all day everyday

St. Lucia was a beautiful destination. The standout sunsets on the beach and restaurant views were pretty epic. It was a peaceful vacation for me. I had just recovered from a small illness, so I chose relaxation for my trip. I would have loved to do some of the fitness offerings, but my body was a bit tired and ran down, so I enjoyed peaceful, daily naps. The solo garden room actually had an ocean view at the side window. It was just enough space to stay organized. The room was very quiet, and not once did I hear a neighbor. The smells of the body washes and handsoap were really nice. Tea in the room and cookies for turndown service was a nice tough. They also give you a free water bottle to tote around and filtered water. I had daily massages, and one day, I did the West Indies Facial. The facial was pretty lovely and relaxing. However, at the beginning, I felt quite insulted. Trying to sell products by telling me my face products don’t work and critiquing my face in not so pleasant way was a turn-off. I also felt the daily massages were lacking and weren’t relaxing as a massage should be. The therapists don’t seem highly trained and spent most of the 50 minutes organizing and loudly opening and closing cupboards. The actual treatment was narrowed down to about 35 minutes. They didn’t seem friendly and hardly any of them had anything sort of a genuine smile. I would have liked to see the massage treatments more professional and encouraging peaceful relaxation. Outstanding hotel. We had a fabulous time. The staff are so polite and welcoming, there is so much to do on site and tours to explore elsewhere too. A great place to try new things, as well as relax and switch off. Plus the daily spa treatment was fantastic!
If you are debating booking BodyHoliday just do it. Incredible activities, atmosphere, food, drinks and staff. It is no wonder many folks return time after time.
