Prețul este cu mult mai mare față de ce se oferă.

Locația,micul dejun,piscinele

Cina,camera(telefon intern cu firul tăiat,feonul din baie foarte slab ,salteaua incomoda stătea pe o parte, cineva mi a luat papucii de la piscina iar personalul nu a făcut nimic în aceasta privința decât sa ridice din umeri, nu am voie voie sa iau sticla de apa din restaurant în camera pe motiv ca lumea nu le mai returnează,o bere la restaurant 18lei

Curatenie, amabilitate, bufetele foarte variate si bogate

Lipsa unor proceduri (imoachetari cu namol) sambata si duminica

We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star wellness hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish — every facility was very clean and well maintained, which made the experience even more comfortable and relaxing. Rooms are cosy and modern along with the bathroom. The wellness area was inviting and clean too, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to fully unwind. There is a fitness room for those who would like to stay in shape. The staff was friendly and polite throughout the whole complex, always ready to help with a smile. The restaurant was exceptional, food was very tasty, fresh, plenty to choose from. We went for half-board option this time, which was a good choice. We had everything we needed within the hotel, so it was easy to chill, rest and recharge. We truly couldn’t have asked for more and will happily return for another stay. Grateful for this lovely break.
