Room was ready earlier than expected, good location for what we wanted, especially being next to the pub, a group of us came on Friday afternoon and stayed 2 nights. All day carvery in the pub was excellent, good value for money, reasonable choice of beers and drinks.

Room was really hot during the night even though the heating wasn't on, and with the canal being adjacent the hotel a nesting seagull kept squawking when it was getting light meaning I couldn't open a window. Breakfast both days was adequate, not a massive choice of food but enough.

Good breakfast selection, location was really good for the event i had attended. Overall a very good hotel, would attend again.

Shower was a bit temperamental when it came to the hot and cold and finding the sweat spot, not idea when travelling with kids.

Location and room quality are very good. The inclusive breakfast is delivered in the adjoining pub restaurant and is good quality and value.

One of the drinking mugs in the room had not been adequately cleaned.
