約1ヶ月の滞在でしたが、部屋やお風呂も広く快適に過ごす事が出来ました。 スタッフの対応も大変親切にまた、冬場の寒い時期でしたがホテルに帰ると部屋の暖房が効いていて心遣いに感謝しています。 今後も宿泊したい思います。

Hotel Kuki had the nicest staff of any place I have ever stayed!!! The room was always clean! The elevator was fast and it was a convenient location in Kuki city Saitama!!! Would definitely stay there again!

"二度と利用しない Worst Exprience in my entire life!! I'm warning you, DO NOT stay here!!"

客をまるで何かの犯罪の容疑者扱いするホテルです。ホテル滞在でこんなに嫌な思いをしたことはありません。失礼極まりない。施設も80年代からまったく改善されていない様子でカビ臭く、ベッドも体にスプリングがあたり眠れませんでした。それでも料金は都内のビジネスホテルの2倍以上です。この地域には他にホテルがないから殿様商売なのでしょう。最低です。 My first time and definitely last time staying at this place. I've never stayed In a hotel that the staff treat guests some kind of criminal.... I'm not kidding. Everything didn't seem to be updated since the 80s, and the whole building smelled like mold. The room was non smoking but definitely smelled like it's been used by smokers for years. Seriously, I do not recommend this place to anyone.
