Bữa sáng phong phú, ngon. Địa điểm ngay trung tâm. View núi đẹp. Các bạn nhân viên khá dễ thương

Điểm trừ duy nhất là hơi ồn do cửa cách âm kém, có thể do phòng mình ở ngay cạnh thang máy nên bị tiếng ồn mọi người đi lại.

Nice hotel with Tam Dao castle view but we have to pay more for room with the view. Nice breakfast and helpful staff but mostly they could not speaking English.

May be we are at the low season so hotel is not much client and no security system for entrance building.

Chỗ ở đẹp sạch thoải mái thuận tiện

Buổi đêm khá ồn. Có tình trạng đi dép của ks xuống bể bơi lúc bơi lên là mất dép nhé. Đoàn mình và 1 đoàn khác cũng bị. Đến lúc check out nhân viên đòi thu 150k vì thiếu đôi dép :) nhà mình gay gắt lên thì nhân viên lại thôi. Mọi người lưu ý vụ này.
