The Segond Hotel

O quarto bastante espaçoso limpo com uma relação qualidade preço muito boa. Mas apesar de tudo não voltaria a este hotel

O check in online uma perfeita desgraça enviaram códigos errados, não atendem o telefone de emergência não devolvem a chamada, a mensagem com o código de abertura do quarto não correspondia. Muita falta de cuidado com os hóspedes, check out às 10h incompreensível, pq almoço fraco mas compreensível atendendo ao preço.

Quarto grande e bastante espaçoso. O hotel era impecável e muito central.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfy bed.

The swimming pool (which is definitely NOT a swimming pool) was across the road in another building and it was no bigger than the size of a hot tub. It had very dirty green around the edges. You could probably only fit 3 people at one time to just cool down, not swim. The walk to the square was about 20 mins. The supermarket was not open and a little shop nearer the square closed at 7pm. When returning from the square at about 9:30pm both elevators were not working, one of our party had a bad knee and my granddaughter 3yrs. After walking for 20 plus minutes, then climbing 4 flights was not acceptable. Also with regard to room, there was an awful smell of what smelt like diesel or oil fumes. There were workman carrying out very noisey work when we arrived. The air-conditioning in the bedroom did not work. We should have been told about the work or at least a note on booking.com. The breakfast was continental and adequate. Also the photo of the Pool on booking.com is misleading.

Its situated in a very nice locations, with the rooms being very clean and big. Exceptional breakfast and the cleanliness was exceptional.

The room itself was comfortable.

Unfortunately, there were several aspects of the stay that affected the overall experience. One of the reasons I chose this property was the plunge pool; however, I was unable to use it during my stay. After making enquiries via WhatsApp, telephone, and the contact number provided, I received information that later proved to be inaccurate, which added to my frustration. The TV remote control was not functioning properly and the staff via WhatsApp just advised that they will handle it within 24 hours. I also found the level of staff presence to be very limited. Aside from the cleaning staff, there was little visible support available on-site, making it difficult to resolve issues when they arose. Additionally, while I respect the property’s no-smoking policy, I was surprised to learn that smoking was not permitted even in the outdoor seating areas. I was advised to smoke in the street instead, which seemed an unusual arrangement given the outdoor tables and chairs available on the premises. Overall, the accommodation was comfortable, but the lack of support, communication issues, and unavailable facilities meant that the experience did not fully meet my expectations.

The property is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful with immediate action to our request. The location and hotel is very quiet which made our stay very relax and a very well needed one night get away.

Не понравилось то ,что попасть в комнату можно исключительно по кодовому замку,код должен прийти заранее на портал,я его не нашла на этом портале.пришлось звонить в службу поддержки,там автоответчик на не очень разборчивом английском языке даёт инструкции,пришлось просить помощи у посторонних людей, которые смогли это прослушать и помочь решить вопрос.
