Everything was outstanding, the staff was extremely nice , the rooms was super clean. We met the front desk manager Mert , he was amazing. If i can rate it more than 10, definitely the hotel and staff deserves it, well done Radisson Hotel Izmir

clean nice room

Rude staff, bored , I have booked a room with balcony and I received a room with a shame balcony, only birds could stay there. Also they have charged me extra for the room. It’s a shame that is clasified as a 5 star hotel and makes part of Radisson chain.
