كلشي في الفندق رائع ، بداية من طاقم الفندق المرحب الى مرافق الفندق الجميلة و الخدمة على الحوض رائعة يقدمون بشكل دوري الفواكه و العصائر والايس كريم مجانا و صندوق الثلج والمياه كذلك مجانا مع وجود منقذ لمراقبة الاطفال . تجربة مريحة .

فقط الملاحظة الوحيدة ان الطعام داخل الفندق والغرف جدا غالي بالمقارنة مع كثير من الفنادق في الكويت بنفس مستوى هذا الفندق .

Amazing hotel! The reception staff were outstanding, and the rooms were spotless and very comfortable. What made our stay even more special was how kind and wonderful everyone was with my son. They made him feel so welcome and comfortable. This is honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Kuwait. Highly recommended, and I will definitely come back again!
